CrossResearch - Market Intelligence SaaS Platform

Full-stack SaaS development for a fintech market-intelligence platform - Next.js frontend, Stripe subscription billing, and a tiered paywall built for a serious trading audience.

Problem

A market-research team needed to package institutional-grade trading tools - macro nowcasting, quant risk models, and TradingView indicators - into a subscription product retail traders could actually use. That meant a tiered paywall, a content/article system for daily market commentary, live market-data integrations, and a booking flow for consultation calls - all needing to feel fast and credible to a financially sophisticated, skeptical audience.

Approach

Built with Next.js for a fast, content-heavy marketing site backed by a Node.js API handling auth, subscriptions, and tiered access control. Integrated Stripe for the three-tier plan structure (free trial, Gold, Platinum) with monthly/annual billing. Wired in a booking widget for consultation calls and a lightweight CMS-style structure for the market-insights articles so the team could publish without a deploy. Market-data source logos (Bloomberg, Reuters, Databento, Polygon, FactSet) are displayed as trust signals for the underlying data the platform's tools are built on.

Outcome

Shipped a full subscription SaaS platform - tiered paywall, billing, article system, and booking flow - ready for the client's team to onboard traders and publish research without engineering involvement day-to-day.
